The chairman of the Congregation has been asking for volunteers for the an editor of the Jubilee Journal for several months.  Since we want to have one I thought I would start it out and then others could step up as the Lord leads them to take on this task.  Lois Ryan.

How about having "Someone You Should Know" column every month?

What is going on in the community;

Opinions on a number of things like: the Bible, church, country; Bible study, faith, etc.:

Testimonies by the members of Jubilee.

RE: Picture on this page of Jesus in a puzzle.  Has anyone seen Him in the puzzle?   Let me know.

    This is the beginning of a New Year and a new chance for Jubilee to grow.  The Council, especially Debbie McReynolds, have been working with Johnsburg to move into a larger building.  This will open up a place for us to have Sunday School and a Nursery area.  Please pray for the continuing progress needed to carry out this move.

   We are fortunate to have Nicole McReynolds, Chuck Hopp, and Debbie McReynolds lead our Praise Music for worship.  Nicole has just learned the guitar in the last year and is a real blessing. 

    The guest pastors we have had are an asset to Jubilee.  It was beneficial to hear different pastors teach from the Word every Sunday.  What a blessing they are.  Their pictures are on the Pastor's page of the web site. 

    Do you have a request for prayer for the Prayer Chain.  Call Helen Linden.  It is a small group right now, but mighty.  The Lord has blessed those on the Prayer Chain by praying for others.

    Some people have said that they are interested in having special worship services.  When we do have such we need those people to step up and attend.  Christmas Eve was a great worship time of praising God and fellowship with one another.  Thanks to Helen and Dennis Linden for coming out with the McReynolds.  We even had a Christmas tree with gifts for everyone. 

    I will print this page for the few people who do not have a computer.  Then we will take it from there to have this updated for everyone to partake in and enjoy.
